RushLabs LLC collects almost nothing, and this page lists all of it. No analytics, no ad trackers, no cookies, and nothing is ever sold.
1. Scope
This policy covers rushlabs.dev and inquiries sent to RushLabs. Work performed under a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, which takes precedence for project data.
2. What we collect

That's the whole list. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are self-hosted, so no third-party font service sees your visits.
3. How we use it
- Replying to your inquiry and discussing potential work.
- Operating and securing the website (logs).
- Meeting legal obligations, if any arise.
We don't use your data for marketing. No newsletter. Just a reply.
4. How long we keep it
- Inquiries and correspondence: 12 months from last contact, then deleted — unless the inquiry led to an engagement, in which case records are kept as business and tax law require.
- Server logs: rotated on a short cycle, typically 30 days or less.
5. Who we share it with
Nobody, except the infrastructure that makes email and hosting work: our hosting provider (servers located in the United States) and our email provider process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal information.
6. Your rights
Email legal@rushlabs.dev to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply to every request and act on it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — we honor deletion and access requests regardless of jurisdiction.
7. Security
The site is served over TLS. The best protection, though, is the design: we collect so little that there's not much to breach.
8. Children
The site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we'll say plainly what changed at the top of the page.
